Wow, those eyes! Alex is a great person both inside and out – as you can see below. He knew exactly what to do and when I’d tell him to do something specific, he would just naturally do it as if he could read my mind. It was a fabulous experience capturing this guys charm and genuine expression.
We took these portraits at the Sly Mountain Lodge in Victor, Idaho and in Grand Teton national Park about a week and a half ago. I love the fall leaves and the natural look to these portraits. I’ve learned recently that it really doesn’t matter where you are, you can get a great portrait anywhere if you know how to balance the light.
