This last Saturday, this handsome 8 year old and his mom met up with me on the edge of downtown Davenport, Iowa near the Freight House Market and the Mississippi River. It was surprisingly chilly and windy (especially since the temp was around 55 degrees) and the Mississippi River was right on the edge of overflowing. I loved the location because we had a good amount of urban backgrounds to work with and of course the river and the beautiful Centennial bridge. We were taking this handsome boys portraits for his upcoming baptism, which is so exciting for him and his family! He did such a great job out there in the cold and wind and I love how these portraits turned out!
