After learning how to use water drops in my macro shots, I really couldn’t help myself – I just had to add a few. For most of these I used my zoom lens, the medium sized, and/or large sized macro tubes. I had some incredible insect macro shots from my summer break, but I didn’t through them in this post. I had a lot of fun capturing the close up details of the beautiful plants, fruit and veggies around me.
I did all of these off a tripod and I definitely had to use an off camera light to help with the light reduction and relatively faster shutter speed. I think that my very favorite photo from this batch would have to be the one with the avocado and tomato. I have developed a newly found love for both those veggies.
