I am so thrilled that Rob and I finally got a few portraits taken in the quaint little village by the Mississippi river in Davenport, Iowa! I convinced one of my girl friends to take the photos for us while we were downtown taking their Christmas (and by convinced, I just mentioned it and she was all in). It was really fun to both take their family Christmas portraits and have her help me take ours! It worked pretty well, I just set up my camera and taught her how to use it and then I would ask her to try taking one from this angle or that position. It was quite the experience being in front of the my own camera and I LOVE how the turned out!
